This leaking water connection to our 10 units was replaced within 24 hours. I noticed a tiny stream of water squirting out on Tuesday morning. I made a mental note to call them, but I forgot. Wednesday morning, it was gushing. They came and wrap a rubber patch on the hole, but water gushed out from another hole. Yesterday, they came and replaced the whole pipe.
I always thought our standards will never get anywhere. It used to take months for any action to happen and only after countless calls and pictures sent to the papers...
yeah. even for Canadian standards. Kudos!
